Look and see, the sun ascends out of the night,

Through the morning its brilliance brings light to day.

Welcome the sensation as darkness gives way to daylight,

Hear the dawn take another breath.

Give ear as God awakens the morning with the chirping of the sparrow.

He rouses the day from sleep with the warbling flute of robin redbreast.

Yesterday gives way to memories.

Appreciate the knowledge,

To reminisce is God’s gift as yesterday fades away.

Remember your youth, the light was sweet.
